Growth Marketing Manager (ABM)

About the role

AI‑Blox is building the infrastructure for physical AI applications and needs a Growth Marketing Manager to turn complex technology into compelling stories and measurable prospect engagement. You will work closely with engineers, founders, customers and partners to position AI‑Blox as a leader in the Physical AI ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and manage enterprise ABM campaigns that combine partner co‑marketing, events and outbound plays.
• Create multi‑touch, multi‑channel programs aligned to buyer journeys, including digital ads, landing pages, owned social and third‑party initiatives.
• Develop reusable assets such as one‑pagers, product documentation and use‑case libraries.
• Define AI‑Blox’s messaging framework and contribute to creative development.
• Support trade shows, conferences and industry events.
• Strengthen the employer brand by showcasing culture, people and technology.
• Own CRM data quality, collaborate with RevOps to improve workflows and maintain robust reporting across campaigns.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of experience in content, digital or product marketing within B2B technology.
• Proficient with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) for research, signal detection and campaign creation.
• Hands‑on experience with modern GTM tools (Attio, LinkedIn Ads, Clay, ZoomInfo, Instantly, Hey Reach, Canva).
• Based in Brussels and able to work on‑site three days per week.
• Excellent ability to translate technical concepts for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced startup environment with high autonomy.
