Growth Manager – EdTech (French fluent)

About the role

Paradox is looking for a hands‑on Growth Manager to shape its EdTech ecosystem. You will combine behavioral science, AI and technology to design and launch growth experiments that impact millions of learners.

Key responsibilities

• Ideate, copywrite and design growth strategies for new product features.
• Build and ship landing pages, automation workflows and scripts without waiting for developers.
• Run A/B tests, collect data and iterate quickly using AI tools such as Claude Code.
• Analyse cohort charts, detect vanity metrics and make data‑driven decisions.
• Collaborate with product, design and engineering to align experiments with the overall vision.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of hands‑on growth or performance‑marketing experience.
• Fluent in French and English, able to communicate persuasively.
• Bias to action: prefers shipping a scrappy version today over a perfect plan later.
• Comfortable working remotely or from the Dubai office.

Required skills

• Claude AI (Claude Code) for hypothesis generation and asset creation.
• Automation tools for building workflows.
• Landing‑page development and copywriting.
• Data analysis and cohort reporting.
