Group Tax & Treasury Manager

About the role

United Petfood is seeking a hands‑on, analytical expert to lead tax and treasury functions across its international group of 30 legal entities in 13 countries. Reporting to the Group CFO, you will shape the tax framework, ensure compliance, and build a robust treasury foundation to support the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Provide corporate, indirect tax and transfer‑pricing guidance at group level and manage the Transfer Pricing documentation and processes.
• Coordinate tax compliance, VAT queries, fiscal controls, audits and disputes across all entities.
• Lead tax‑related projects such as Pillar 2 implementation, e‑invoicing regulations and monitoring upcoming tax changes.
• Manage daily cash and liquidity, including cash pooling, factoring, and investment of excess cash.
• Develop and maintain the cross‑currency cash pool and oversee intra‑group financing in line with transfer‑pricing policy.
• Design and implement the FX risk strategy, monitoring foreign‑exchange positions and counter‑party credit risk.
• Act as a trusted advisor to local finance teams, external tax advisors and authorities.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Finance.
• Solid experience in corporate tax, preferably in an international environment.
• Strong knowledge of indirect tax (VAT) and transfer‑pricing regulations.
• Proven expertise in treasury operations, cash management and FX risk.
