Global Key Account Manager

About the role

FPS is seeking a Global Key Account Manager to lead strategic relationships across the Benelux region. You will be responsible for driving growth, retention, and margin improvement for our large‑scale customers in the flexible packaging industry.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute long‑term account plans aligned with customer priorities and FPS objectives.
• Build executive‑level relationships across procurement, sustainability, supply chain, operations and senior leadership.
• Lead regular business reviews, strategic alignment meetings and commercial negotiations, including global tenders and RFPs/RFQs.
• Identify and close profitable new opportunities through cross‑selling, innovation and geographic expansion.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (commercial, operations, finance, quality) in a team‑based selling model.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and raw‑material dynamics to shape commercial strategy.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑centric mindset with consultative, value‑based selling experience.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multinational customer organisations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills at operational and executive levels.
• High ownership, resilience and entrepreneurial drive.
