Functional Solution Expert Consultant

About the role

Accenture Song is seeking a Functional Solution Expert Consultant to bridge business strategy and technology. You will translate complex business needs into clear functional designs and help shape digital, AI‑enabled solutions that deliver measurable value for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the functional bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring alignment of requirements and solution design.
• Shape, configure, and optimize customer‑centric technology solutions across modern tech stacks.
• Champion the integration of emerging technologies, especially AI and agentic AI, to enhance solution outcomes.
• Collaborate with both business and technical teams to ensure smooth implementation, go‑live support, and user adoption.
• Validate solutions throughout the delivery lifecycle and contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in functional consulting or solution design.
• Strong ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Curiosity about emerging technologies, particularly AI, and a passion for digital transformation.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable business impact through technology solutions.
