Functional Analyst

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Functional Analyst to support business and IT transformation projects across multiple industries. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring solutions meet both business expectations and technical constraints.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Lead workshops and interviews with business users and subject‑matter experts.
• Model business processes, identify improvement opportunities and support solution design.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Developers, Architects and Testers.
• Prepare and execute functional tests and user acceptance testing, monitor defects and validate delivered solutions.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience as a Functional Analyst.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in multicultural, international environments.
• Professional proficiency in French or Dutch and English.

Required skills

• Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Jira and Confluence.
• BPMN, Visio, Draw.io (process‑modelling tools).
• Basic SQL, APIs and system integration knowledge.
• Understanding of cloud‑based environments and enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Dynamics 365, SAP CRM) and ERP solutions (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
