Functional Analyst HR (Freelance, Hybrid, Brussels)

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Functional Analyst specialized in HR systems to join our ICT HR Connector team in Brussels. You will help shape a modern, integrated HR application landscape while working in a fast‑paced, hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse business needs and translate them into functional requirements and user stories.
• Perform functional and impact analysis for HR system integrations.
• Collaborate closely with developers, architects and stakeholders throughout the delivery cycle.
• Follow up implementations, conduct testing and validation, and support ticket handling.
• Contribute to the design and maintenance of the HR Connector integration platform.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience as a Functional Analyst, preferably in HR, payroll or HR‑tech projects.
• Strong analytical mindset with a hands‑on approach.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Proactive, result‑driven and able to perform under pressure.
• Fluent Dutch, good French and professional English.
