Fullstack Engineer – FastAPI & Next.js

About the role

Predikt is looking for a full‑stack engineer to join its small, fast‑moving team in Leuven. You will own features from design through deployment, working across both the frontend (TypeScript/Next.js) and backend (Python/FastAPI) to create intuitive procurement workflows and AI‑driven dashboards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop end‑to‑end features on the frontend using Next.js, TypeScript, React, TanStack Query and AG Grid.
• Build and maintain backend APIs with Python and FastAPI, hosted on GCP.
• Design and implement customizable reports and data‑heavy dashboards.
• Contribute to AI‑powered conversational interfaces and in‑product AI flows.
• Help shape and extend the internal design system, ensuring performance and code quality.
• Write tests, conduct code reviews and maintain clear documentation.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of full‑stack software engineering experience.
• Strong product mindset with focus on user experience and business outcomes.
• Independent, high‑ownership attitude and ability to thrive in a small team.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team‑first approach.
