Full Stack Engineer – Media & Digital Transformation

About the role

Our client, a leading media player in Belgium, is seeking a versatile Full Stack Engineer to help modernise its internal digital ecosystem. You will work in a small, collaborative team to enhance existing tools, create new features and contribute to strategic digital‑transformation projects, including a new B2B client portal slated for 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and improve internal applications.
• Develop new modules and functionalities.
• Participate in architecture and technical design decisions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
• Support application lifecycle management and modernisation initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑stack or backend development.
• Autonomous, solution‑oriented and proactive mindset.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluent French; English is a plus.
• Experience in the media industry is an asset.

Required skills

• Node.js, Express.js, JavaScript, TypeScript.
• Next.js or similar front‑end frameworks.
• SQLite, PostgreSQL, NoSQL databases.
• REST APIs, JWT, Git/GitHub.
• AWS or Azure concepts.
• Linux / WSL environments.
