Full Stack Developer – SitecoreAI Migration

About the role

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our in‑house team responsible for a platform that showcases Elia Group projects. The platform will be migrated to SitecoreAI and requires ongoing support, performance optimisation, and strict security compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Migrate the existing platform to SitecoreAI, ensuring data integrity and minimal downtime.
• Conduct regular code reviews focused on performance, scalability, and security.
• Optimise platform performance through caching, database tuning, and CDN/WAF improvements.
• Enhance observability by improving monitoring, logging, and alerting (e.g., Application Insights, Azure Monitor).
• Participate in defining and adopting SLA/OLA, incident, and change‑management processes.
• Document all technical and security changes according to Elia’s governance and audit requirements.
• Collaborate with architects, DevOps engineers, and IT security teams to implement secure coding practices.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken English and French or Dutch.
• Strong documentation and communication skills in English.
• 1+ years of professional backend development with Python and FastAPI.
• 2+ years of professional frontend development with React (Next.js experience is a plus).
• 2+ years of backend development with Node.js (NestJS is a strong plus).
• 1+ year of experience with a headless CMS on Node.js (TypeScript is a strong plus).
• Experience deploying services in the cloud and setting up DevOps pipelines.
• Experience with SitecoreAI is a strong plus.
