FTTH Technician – Fiber Installation & Maintenance

About the role

DIGI Belgium is expanding its fiber‑to‑the‑home network and seeks a motivated FTTH Technician to join the field team. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing fiber‑optic infrastructure, ensuring high‑quality broadband service for customers across Belgium.

Key responsibilities

• Install fiber‑optic cables on building facades and poles.
• Pull or blow fiber cables through underground ducts and micro‑ducts.
• Support the development and rollout of the FTTH network throughout Belgium.
• Verify proper functioning and quality of all installations.

Required profile

• Comfortable working at heights and using ladders.
• Ability to read and interpret technical plans.
• Enjoy working outdoors, both independently and as part of a team.
• Holder of a valid Category B driving licence.
• Good level of French and English.

Required skills

• Fiber‑optic cable installation.
• Pulling/blowing fiber cables through ducts.
• Reading technical plans.
