Front Office Shift Leader – Airport Hotel

About the role

As the first point of contact for guests at the Crowne Plaza Brussels Airport, the Front Office Shift Leader ensures a warm, professional welcome and smooth operations throughout each shift. You will lead the front desk team, manage guest transactions, and act as Manager on Duty when required.

Key responsibilities

• Check‑in and check‑out guests efficiently while maintaining accuracy in hotel systems.
• Oversee front‑office and cashiering operations, including cash floats, financial transactions, and audits.
• Supervise and motivate the front‑desk team, ensuring cleanliness and order at the desk.
• Handle special projects, promote loyalty programmes, and apply upselling techniques.
• Act as Manager on Duty, responding to emergencies, resolving guest complaints, and ensuring safety and security.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a receptionist or front‑desk agent.
• Fluent in French and English; Dutch at B1 level or higher.
• Strong teamwork orientation and excellent communication skills.
• Problem‑solving ability and customer‑focused attitude.
