French Audio Evaluations Specialist – Freelance AI Trainer

About the role

This freelance position focuses on evaluating and improving AI‑generated audio for customer‑support scenarios. Working remotely from Belgium, you will create realistic role‑play interactions, audit AI responses, and help build high‑quality multilingual audio datasets.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute role‑play evaluation scenarios covering travel, finance, and technical services.
• Assess AI‑generated audio using qualitative and quantitative metrics such as accuracy, fluency, and task completion.
• Audit conversational performance for naturalness, clarity, and comprehension.
• Evaluate basic technical reasoning in AI outputs, including JSON structures and simple logic.
• Contribute to the creation and refinement of representative audio datasets.
• Follow structured evaluation guidelines to ensure consistency and data integrity.

Required profile

• Native or bilingual proficiency in French with strong spoken, written, listening, and reading skills.
• Experience in customer support, technical troubleshooting, linguistics, QA, or AI evaluation.
• Strong analytical abilities and high attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote freelance environment.
