Freelance Talent Sourcer – Remote (Belgium)

About the role

We are seeking a Freelance Talent Sourcer to support our partner’s hiring needs across multiple industries. Based in Belgium, you will work remotely, using advanced sourcing techniques to build pipelines of high‑quality candidates for a variety of roles.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage active and passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, X‑Ray search, job boards, GitHub, Stack Overflow and other professional networks.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines aligned with current and future recruitment demands.
• Conduct market mapping and talent research to uncover hiring trends.
• Assess candidate availability, motivation and fit, securing Right‑to‑Represent authorisations before submission.
• Document sourcing activities accurately in the partner portal and coordinate interview scheduling as needed.

Required profile

• Proactive recruitment professional comfortable working independently on multiple searches.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to evaluate candidate suitability quickly.
