Freelance Recruiter – Global Recruitment Partner (Remote)

About the role

This fully remote freelance opportunity is designed for experienced recruiters who want to manage their own workload while earning commission-based rewards. Based in Belgium, you will work on diverse hiring projects across multiple industries, connecting skilled professionals with career opportunities worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end sourcing process for a variety of vacancies.
• Identify qualified candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social media, Boolean search and professional networks.
• Screen applicants, conduct initial recruiter interviews, and obtain Right to Represent (RTR) authorisations.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams, maintaining clear communication.
• Submit candidates through the designated recruitment platform and keep accurate records.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with candidates and recruitment stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience in one or more sectors (IT, Engineering, Healthcare, Finance, Sales, Operations, Manufacturing, Logistics, Executive Search, etc.).
• Strong sourcing expertise and ability to work independently across multiple hiring assignments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to candidate quality.
