Freelance Marketing Communications Specialist (FR/ENG/NL)

About the role

We are seeking a freelance Marketing Communications Specialist fluent in French, Dutch and English to join a client project in the Brussels area. The role runs from September 2026 to February 2027 and combines strategic marketing, data‑driven experimentation and a commercial mindset to deliver high‑performing campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing and communication campaigns across owned, earned and paid media.
• Translate customer insights, market research and behavioural data into concrete initiatives.
• Apply Agile ways of working: prioritize dynamically, test hypotheses, run sprints and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with commercial, digital and external partners to maximise impact while managing budgets and timelines.
• Optimise digital sales journeys, drive lead generation and experiment with AI‑driven personalisation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing and communication, preferably in a financial services context.
• Fluent in French, Dutch and English (C2‑C1 level).
• Comfortable working in an Agile environment and handling complex customer journeys.
• Strong commercial orientation and curiosity about predictive analytics and automation.
