Freelance Airport Passenger Support – On‑Call at Charleroi

About the role

FlightHelp is looking for reliable freelancers to join its on‑call team at Brussels South Charleroi Airport. You will help passengers understand their rights and guide them through the compensation process when flights are significantly delayed or cancelled.

Key responsibilities

• Respond quickly to notifications from the operations team about flight disruptions.
• Travel to the arrivals area of the airport at short notice.
• Distribute informational flyers to affected passengers and explain how FlightHelp can assist them.
• Provide calm, friendly, and professional support to travelers.

Required profile

• Residence in Frasnes‑lez‑Gosselies, the Walloon Region, or nearby areas.
• Good command of French (minimum B2); English or additional languages are a plus.
• Reliability, punctuality, and comfort interacting with the public.
