About the role

Join FlightHelp’s on‑call team at Brussels South Charleroi Airport to help passengers understand and claim their rights after flight disruptions. This freelance position involves brief, on‑site assistance when significant delays or cancellations occur.

Key responsibilities

• Respond quickly to notifications from the operations team about flight disruptions.
• Travel to the arrivals area of Brussels South Charleroi Airport at short notice.
• Distribute informational flyers to affected passengers and explain how FlightHelp can support them.
• Provide calm, friendly, and professional communication to reassure travelers.

Required profile

• Residence in Frasnes‑lez‑Gosselies, the Walloon Region, or nearby areas.
• Good command of French (minimum B2); English or additional languages are a plus.
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable interacting with the public.
