FP&A Manager – EMEA & LATAM

About the role

The FP&A Manager will lead financial planning and analysis for the EMEA and LATAM regions, supporting a business that spans the UK, France, Germany, Benelux, Scandinavia, Southern Europe, LATAM, Canada and emerging markets. The role combines team leadership, strategic financial modelling and cross‑functional collaboration to drive profitable decisions across a complex, multi‑system environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of analysts and coordinate ad‑hoc task forces to deliver daily sales, order bank, slow‑moving, and financial‑vs‑demand reports.
• Prepare and present monthly P&L, NSV/FCST/PLAN variance analyses, and quarterly financial forecasts.
• Evaluate EMEA & LATAM strategic business plans, audit completed projects, and ensure alignment with senior‑management expectations.
• Partner with regional sales, marketing and supply‑chain directors to assess product launches, go‑to‑market changes and market‑specific financial impacts.
• Drive process optimisation, data‑quality initiatives and continuous improvement of reporting tools.

Required profile

• Proven experience in financial planning & analysis within a multinational environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a geographically dispersed team.
• Excellent analytical mindset and problem‑solving capabilities, especially in complex, cross‑border contexts.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills for EMEA or LATAM markets are a plus.
