Food & Beverage Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to create an exciting, innovative, and memorable dining experience for all guests across multiple venues. You will lead a knowledgeable front‑of‑house team, ensure high service standards, and drive overall guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate daily restaurant service performance and coordinate timely food and bar production.
• Manage multiple venues with a team of over 50 associates.
• Participate in product evaluation, employee performance reviews, and development of menu items aligned with market position.
• Respond to guest comments on social media and other channels promptly.
• Develop selection, pricing, and procurement strategies for food, liquors, and wines.
• Assist in budgeting, financial objectives, and marketing plan execution.
• Control costs, focusing on cost of sales, payroll, and hourly labor expense.
• Conduct regular training, performance reviews, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness, POS system updates, and supervise non‑supervisory staff.
• Handle recruitment, hiring, coaching, and conflict resolution.

Required profile

• Positive attitude with strong leadership qualities.
• Minimum 3 years of food & beverage management experience in hospitality.
• At least 5 years in 5‑star luxury hotels or resorts, including Forbes 5‑star properties.
• Experience managing multiple venues and large teams.
• Mandatory Caribbean experience.
• Excellent command of English; additional languages a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Restaurant Management, or Culinary Arts.
