Flutter & C++ Developer for Automotive Infotainment

About the role

Our client is a leading player in the automotive industry, driving innovation in connected vehicles and next‑generation infotainment platforms. Within an advanced in‑vehicle software engineering environment, you will develop and maintain user interfaces for modern cars, bridging user experience, embedded systems, and automotive constraints.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain in‑car user interfaces using Flutter and Dart.
• Collaborate with UX designers, backend and embedded teams to deliver integrated HMI solutions.
• Implement responsive, high‑performance UI tailored to automotive environments.
• Participate in testing, debugging and validation to ensure compliance with automotive standards.
• Contribute to software architecture discussions and produce maintainable, high‑quality code.
• Work within Agile/Scrum teams and follow structured development processes.

Required profile

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience developing front‑end applications with Flutter.
• Comfortable working in Linux and embedded environments.
• Experience with C++, Rust or Python.
• Familiarity with structured development processes, Agile/Scrum and DevOps practices.
• Hands‑on experience with CI/CD pipelines and collaboration tools such as GitHub/GitLab, Jira and Confluence.
• Strong interest in automotive technologies and vehicle infotainment ecosystems.
• Ability to work on‑site in Brussels at least two days per week.
• Fluent in English and holder of a valid Category B driving licence.
