Flexible Food & Beverage Assistant

About the role

Radisson Hotel Group is seeking enthusiastic, service‑oriented individuals to join its Food & Beverage team on a flexible basis. You will support daily operations, deliver excellent guest service, and help create a welcoming breakfast and dining experience in a dynamic hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them according to company standards.
• Set up, clear, and maintain cleanliness of tables and dining areas.
• Support preparation and restocking of service stations.
• Assist with events, banquets, or special functions as needed.
• Handle guest requests and communicate effectively with team members.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures.
• Perform opening and closing duties as assigned.
