Financial Controller – Consolidation Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Financial Controller with a focus on consolidation to join the Bnode Accounting & Financial Control team at our Brussels headquarters. You will be responsible for producing monthly IFRS consolidated statements for a group of around 80 legal entities across Europe and supporting external reporting for the stock market.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver monthly IFRS consolidated financial statements using Oracle EPM for the entire group.
• Manage inter‑company reconciliation, acquisition accounting, divestments and assist in the preparation of cash‑flow statements.
• Collaborate with the ICT team to enhance the Oracle EPM consolidation tool, including narrative reporting, advanced analytics and AI features.
• Support the preparation of annual and quarterly stock‑exchange reports, coordinate auditor reviews and align financial data with ESG requirements (CSRD, EU taxonomy).
• Provide guidance to subsidiaries, maintain group accounting policies and assist with onboarding entities onto Oracle ERP.

Required profile

• 3 + years of experience in a consolidation role or 3‑5 years as an auditor.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and group consolidation processes.
• Ability to work with multiple legal entities across different countries.
• Motivation to develop and improve consolidation tools and reporting procedures.

Required skills

• Oracle EPM (consolidation module).
