Financial Controller – Antwerp

About the role

We are seeking a Finance professional to join a fast‑growing technology services organisation in Antwerp. As a Financial Controller you will support the finance function, ensure accurate reporting across multiple entities and work closely with operational stakeholders to drive insight and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑ordinate monthly closing activities and guarantee accurate financial reporting.
• Support consolidation of operational and holding entities.
• Perform margin, variance and profitability analyses.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
• Develop and enhance reporting tools and dashboards in Power BI.
• Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Coordinate audit processes and prepare annual accounts and corporate tax documentation.
• Collaborate with business units to provide financial insight for decision‑making.
• Contribute to digitalisation and finance process‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in controlling or a similar finance role.
• Strong understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, consolidation and financial analysis.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Power BI reporting and dashboard development.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Business Central.
