Finance Manager – Full Mandate & Budget in Tech Scale‑up

About the role

Our partner, a fast‑growing technology scale‑up headquartered in Brussels, is looking for a Finance Manager who will own the entire finance function for the Belgian operation. Reporting directly to the CFO and holding a seat on the Executive Committee, you will drive finance transformation and provide strategic insight to support rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Full ownership of accounting, month‑end closing, consolidation and financial reporting across the Belgian perimeter.
• Lead finance transformation initiatives, including ERP optimisation, reporting automation and process redesign to shorten the close cycle.
• Develop and maintain rolling cash forecasts with best‑ and worst‑case scenarios for executive decision‑making.
• Run project profitability analyses by project, product and country, translating results into actionable business decisions.
• Strengthen compliance, internal controls and finance governance across the group.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or equivalent.
• Fluent in French or Dutch and English.
• Minimum 7 years of experience covering audit, controlling and finance management.

What we offer

• Salary up to €110,000 gross per year, plus a bonus of up to 15% of gross salary.
