Finance Associate Analyst – Commercial & New Payment Flows (Rosetta)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated junior finance professional to join Mastercard’s Commercial & New Payment Flows (CNPF) Europe finance team as a Finance Associate Analyst on the Rosetta programme. The role offers hands‑on exposure to financial planning, performance analysis and close collaboration with commercial and product teams, supported by structured learning and on‑the‑job coaching.

Key responsibilities

• Support the preparation and maintenance of forecasts and budgets for CNPF Europe.
• Analyse revenue, volume and cost drivers and provide insights for commercial decision‑making.
• Track performance against financial targets and strategic priorities.
• Perform variance analysis versus forecast, budget and prior periods, identifying trends, risks and opportunities.
• Prepare monthly performance materials for senior stakeholders.
• Partner with commercial, product and strategy teams to evaluate initiatives, pricing decisions and growth opportunities.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular checks and reconciliations.
• Contribute to process improvement, automation and standardisation initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in payments, commercial finance and business partnering.
