Enterprise Account Executive - All Industries

About the role

Salesforce Belgium is looking for a curious and energetic Enterprise Account Executive with knowledge of technology and value-based solution selling. The business unit sells the entire Salesforce platform to a small set of named accounts, and the role is described as being the "General Manager" of those accounts: mapping account strategies, aligning resources and acting as an extension of the customer. You will work closely with co-prime product specialists and receive technical support from solutions architects and sales engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Work with current and prospective customers as a trusted digital advisor to understand their challenges and goals
• Collaborate with customers on the Salesforce Platform to promote solutions that help them reach their business goals
• Contribute to the business as a valued member of the team

Required profile

• Demonstrated success in quota carrying and technology solution-based direct sales
• Degree or equivalent relevant experience; experience is evaluated against the core competencies of the role
• Fluency in English, ideally Dutch and/or French

Required skills

• Account planning and strategies: establishing plans to achieve sales objectives by identifying and qualifying opportunities
• Research and discovery: uncovering prospects' processes, challenges and goals from customer use cases and value hypotheses
• Solutioning: identifying compelling value propositions that address customer needs
• Communication: writing, speech, presentations, whiteboarding, Google Slides, Zoom
• Team selling: working with the account team and partners to support the deal and customer success
• Preferred: sales methodology education, passion for new business sales, ability to build strategic alliances, track record of meeting or exceeding quota
