Engineer – Project Implementation & Infrastructure Security

About the role

Spektrum is seeking an Engineer to support the NATO Communication and Information Agency (NCIA) on key client projects. The role focuses on implementing and delivering infrastructure security solutions and ensuring the ongoing stability and performance of deployed systems, services and applications.

Key responsibilities

• Provide support for project implementation and delivery of infrastructure security solutions for NCIA.
• Monitor deployed systems, services and applications post‑implementation and address emerging issues promptly.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to maintain the security and performance of NATO‑related IT environments.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supporting project implementation and infrastructure security solutions.
• Ability to work in a high‑performance, security‑focused environment serving NATO and defence customers.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to identify and resolve technical issues.
