Employee Relations & Policies Specialist – Belgium & Luxembourg

About the role

Accenture is looking for an Employee Relations & Policies Specialist to support its workforce in Belgium and Luxembourg. The role acts as a trusted advisor to business leaders, HR partners and employees, ensuring a fair, compliant and people-centric workplace while contributing to strategic HR initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on employee relations, HR policies and compliance for Belgium and Luxembourg.
• Advise managers and HR partners on performance issues, conflicts, grievances, misconduct and other sensitive cases.
• Collaborate with Corporate Investigations, Legal and Compliance teams to manage internal investigations and follow-up actions.
• Lead or support disciplinary, grievance and workplace investigation processes, ensuring consistency with local legislation and company policies.
• Identify employment-related risks, propose mitigation measures and work with legal advisors as needed.
• Drive HR policy projects and initiatives that enhance the employee experience and align with Accenture’s values.

Required profile

• Mid-level experience in employee relations, HR policy or labor law within Belgium and/or Luxembourg.
• Strong understanding of Belgian and Luxembourg employment legislation.
• Proven ability to influence and advise senior leaders and HR partners.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on fairness and compliance.

Required skills

• In-depth knowledge of employee relations and HR policy frameworks.
• Familiarity with internal investigation processes.
• Ability to assess risk and develop mitigation strategies.
