Electronics Technician 3 – Field Operations (Mons, Belgium)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Electronics Technician (Level 3) to join our Security and Electronic Systems (SES) business unit in Mons, Belgium. The role involves on‑site installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of a wide range of electronic security solutions for federal, local and commercial customers.

Key responsibilities

• Perform on‑site installations, repairs and preventive maintenance of intrusion detection, access control, biometric, video surveillance and AV equipment.
• Conduct site surveys, configure hardware and software, and test systems to verify correct operation.
• Interpret engineering drawings and design documentation to assess constructability and ensure compliance with safety plans (JHA, AHA, PFW).
• Track project metrics, update timesheets, and participate in weekly resource allocation meetings.
• Manage tools and inventory, conduct inspections, and coordinate material ordering and receiving.
• Lead daily ORM meetings, enforce safety requirements, and complete accident/incident reports.
• Execute PITCO plan creation and testing to guarantee high‑quality installations.
• Install raceways, cabling, equipment racks, enclosures and panels according to industry standards.
