Education Marketing Officer (Dutch)

About the role

We are looking for an Education Marketing Officer to join WWF‑Belgium’s Youth & Education team. The role supports the Education Officer in creating educational materials, growing the community of young rangers and teachers, and driving digital engagement across our platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Education Officer with educational projects, including the design of kits, concepts and reporting for funding bodies.
• Develop and publish content for the website, newsletters and other communication channels targeting children, teachers and youth.
• Analyse audience data, propose acquisition and retention strategies, and help increase traffic to rangerclub.be and wwf.be/scholen.
• Support SEO optimisation, email campaigns and digital advertising to grow the subscriber base.
• Provide operational support such as translations, meeting preparation and occasional event assistance.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in content or digital marketing, preferably within an educational or environmental context.
• Excellent written and spoken Dutch; English proficiency is required.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with metrics.
