Ed-Tech Project Manager

About the role

This position leads and scales an innovative online education platform focused on workforce development and career transformation. Based in Belgium, you will combine project management, operational leadership, and strategic growth to enhance the student experience and drive global expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations and continuous improvement of a virtual learning platform.
• Oversee delivery of multiple training programs, coordinating resources, instructors, and support functions.
• Develop and execute strategies for international growth, including multilingual content expansion.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and lead cross‑functional remote teams.
• Drive student acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth through process optimization.
• Establish, monitor, and analyze KPIs to evaluate program effectiveness.
• Implement scalable processes and operational frameworks for sustainable growth.
• Collaborate with leadership to align educational initiatives with broader business objectives.
• Identify new opportunities for product enhancement, market expansion, and organizational development.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project, product, or operations management within EdTech, e‑learning, SaaS, or related industries.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in fast‑paced environments.
• Demonstrated experience building, managing, and scaling remote or distributed teams.
• Strategic mindset with solid business acumen and a focus on long‑term growth.
• Entrepreneurial attitude with ownership of operational and commercial outcomes.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Ability to analyze data, track performance metrics, and make informed decisions.
