Dutch Speaking Reservations Agent – Greece

About the role

Join a dynamic team supporting Booking.com’s operations in Greece as a Dutch Speaking Reservations Agent. You will use your Dutch language skills to help travelers find and book accommodation, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Dutch‑speaking customers via phone, email and chat with booking inquiries.
• Provide detailed information on properties, rates and Booking.com policies.
• Process reservations, modifications, cancellations and special requests accurately.
• Resolve customer issues professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Record interactions and transactions in the Booking.com reservation platform.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet service quality standards.

Required profile

• Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written); English proficiency is a plus.
• Experience in reservations, customer service or hospitality is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece.

Required skills

• Familiarity with online booking systems and CRM software.
