About the role
Gaming1 is seeking a Domain Architect for its Acquisition & Interaction (A&I) Cluster in Liège. This senior, highly autonomous position shapes domain strategy, translates vision into actionable roadmaps, and drives execution across engineering teams.
Key responsibilities
- Define and evolve the architectural vision for acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Translate business goals into structured capabilities, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
- Lead cross‑functional delivery, ensuring clean integration with analytics, experimentation, and DataMesh.
- Perform due diligence, document architectures, and validate prototypes.
- Challenge assumptions, introduce innovative ideas, and maintain alignment with emerging digital‑engagement techniques.
Required profile
- Deep understanding of acquisition marketing, customer communication, engagement funnels, and behavioral analytics.
- Strong knowledge of tracking, attribution, conversion optimization, and customer‑journey orchestration.
- Broad grasp of digital experiences, including content strategy, information modeling, design systems, UI/UX flows, and user behavior.
- Holistic architectural thinking combined with hands‑on execution ability.
- Proactive, independent work style with strong diplomatic communication skills.
