Director of Marketing

About the role

We are seeking a Director of Marketing to lead the growth engine of a fast‑scaling B2B SaaS product in Belgium. The role sits at the intersection of growth marketing, product‑led growth and demand generation, and is responsible for delivering measurable revenue impact across acquisition, activation and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Build and scale customer acquisition across paid, organic, lifecycle, partnership and product‑led channels.
• Design and execute a data‑driven growth strategy focused on pipeline generation and revenue expansion.
• Develop repeatable systems to improve conversion from visitor to paying customer.
• Lead demand‑generation initiatives and optimise performance‑marketing programmes across key channels.
• Define experimentation frameworks to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
• Enhance attribution, reporting and analytics to connect marketing activity to revenue impact.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales and Customer Success to align messaging, improve conversion rates and support revenue goals.
• Strengthen product positioning, messaging and go‑to‑market narratives in a competitive SaaS landscape.
• Mentor a lean marketing team, balancing strategic leadership with hands‑on execution.

Required profile

• Proven experience in growth or demand‑generation marketing within B2B SaaS organisations.
• Strong track record of owning key performance metrics such as pipeline, CAC, conversion rates or revenue growth.
• Deep analytical capability with experience in funnel analysis, attribution and experimentation.
• Experience working in product‑led growth environments and improving product adoption metrics.
