Digital Marketing Manager – Marketing Automation

About the role

Atlas Copco Group is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to design and execute a comprehensive Marketing Automation and Conversational Marketing strategy for the Power Technique Business Area. Reporting to the Digital Customer Journey Manager, you will lead a team of experts and act as project lead for related initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Define short‑, medium‑, and long‑term strategy for Marketing Automation and Conversational Marketing.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team, set clear roles, and foster a growth‑focused environment.
• Collaborate with PT IT using Agile methods and DevOps boards to prioritize and track projects.
• Gather stakeholder feedback, translate it into actionable processes, and ensure continuous improvement.
• Establish KPIs, monitor impact, and manage the budget transparently.
• Drive adoption of new capabilities across Customer Centers, Divisional Teams, and IT.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of experience in digital marketing or a closely related field.
• Strong bridge‑builder able to align across divisions, customer centers, and IT.
• Excellent project and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to listen, gather feedback, and turn insights into strategic actions.
• Comfortable leading, coaching, and developing a high‑performing team.

Required skills

• Marketing Automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
• Conversational Marketing tools (e.g., chatbots, live‑chat solutions).
• Agile methodology and experience with DevOps boards.
