Digital Identity Cybersecurity Consultant

About the role

Devoteam, a consulting firm focused on digital transformation, is looking for a Digital Identity Cybersecurity Consultant in Machelen. You will advise clients on how to design, implement and manage secure digital identity solutions, optimise the user experience and comply with evolving laws and regulations. The role covers projects from strategic roadmaps to the implementation of advanced IAM technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on strategies, best practices and solutions in digital identity.
• Analyse clients' current digital identity processes and systems, identify improvements and risks.
• Design and implement solutions such as IGA, access management, privileged access management and CIAM.
• Guide clients in selecting and implementing platforms such as Ping Identity (ForgeRock), One Identity, Azure AD and CyberArk.
• Deliver workshops and training sessions for clients and internal teams.
• Stay up to date with trends such as Zero Trust, self-sovereign identity, blockchain, AI in identity, biometrics and eIDAS2.
• Contribute to new services and propositions, draft reports and recommendations, and work in multidisciplinary teams.

Required profile

• Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Business Administration with IT affinity).
• At least 2 years of experience in digital identity, IAM or a related cybersecurity domain.
• In-depth knowledge of digital identity concepts, processes and technologies, and experience designing and implementing solutions.
• Familiarity with standards such as ISO 27001/2, NIST and GDPR.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent verbal and written communication in English and Dutch or French, and a proactive, client-oriented attitude.
• Certifications or IAM vendor certifications are a plus.
