Digital Consultant – Life Sciences

About the role

Avertim is seeking a Digital Consultant to support leading Life Sciences companies in their digital transformation journeys. You will work on operational projects that implement digital tools and platforms in regulated environments, helping clients improve performance and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Implement digital solutions such as QMS, MES, SAP, Veeva, LIMS in pharma, biotech and medtech settings.
• Conduct data analysis and reporting to drive operational improvements.
• Support transversal digital transformation initiatives across R&D, Quality, Regulatory and IT.
• Act as a trusted advisor, translating business needs into tailored digital solutions.
• Collaborate with data scientists, IT experts and business analysts in cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Science, Bioengineering, Data Science, Engineering or Business Analytics.
• 1–5 years of experience in consulting, data, IT or digital transformation within Life Sciences.
• Fluent in English and French or Dutch.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to turn technical insights into business value.
• Knowledge of GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, EMA Annex 11 and data integrity/validation principles.

Required skills

• QMS, MES, SAP, Veeva, LIMS implementation.
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks (GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, EMA Annex 11).
• Data integrity and CSV validation.
• Project management or Agile methodologies.
