About the role
Louis Vuitton’s Client Services Centre in Brussels is looking for a Digital Client Advisor who speaks English fluently. The role focuses on delivering premium, personalized assistance to luxury customers across multiple digital channels, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and attention to detail.
Key responsibilities
- Provide inbound support via phone, email and chat, offering tailored product advice and solutions.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team KPIs related to customer satisfaction, retention and sales targets.
- Build strong client relationships by understanding preferences and delivering personalized recommendations.
- Handle complaints and complex situations calmly, coordinating with internal departments to resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and other databases, ensuring data integrity.
Required profile
- Excellent verbal and written English; additional languages (Finnish, Swedish, Danish) are a plus.
- Strong sales mindset with storytelling ability and a “customer first” attitude.
- Motivated, detail‑oriented team player capable of managing multiple tasks.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Required skills
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience using CRM systems; familiarity with Salesforce is advantageous.
