DevSecOps Expert – Secure CI/CD Engineer

About the role

Cosmote Global Solutions is looking for a senior DevSecOps Expert to embed security throughout the software development lifecycle. The role bridges development, operations and security teams to deliver secure, automated CI/CD pipelines in cloud environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain security controls in CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with development, operations and security teams to embed security at every stage of software delivery.
• Automate security testing, including SAST, DAST and software composition analysis.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and security audits on infrastructure and applications.
• Develop, enforce and evolve security policies, standards and best practices.
• Implement and manage security tools in Azure and AWS cloud environments.
• Monitor, analyze and respond to security incidents within CI/CD workflows.
• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging DevSecOps tools, technologies and threats.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security or a related field.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in DevSecOps or related roles.
• Strong understanding of DevOps methodologies and secure SDLC.
• Relevant security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CSSLP) are a plus.
• Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
