Data Science Internship

About the role

Join Feedelity, an AI platform that consolidates restaurant guest feedback from multiple channels into a single smart inbox. As a Data Science Intern you will work on real‑world data, applying NLP and statistical techniques to help restaurant brands make data‑driven decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and structure large multilingual datasets of guest reviews.
• Apply NLP, sentiment analysis, and topic extraction to unstructured text.
• Build benchmarks and key‑driver analyses across locations and chains.
• Support the development and refinement of analytics features.
• Translate analytical findings into clear reports and visualisations for non‑technical stakeholders.

Required profile

• Currently studying Data Science, Computer Science, AI, Statistics, Engineering or a related field.
• Comfortable working with Python (pandas, scikit‑learn); experience with NLP or LLMs is a strong plus.
• Ability to clean messy data, run basic ML/statistical analyses, and communicate results.
• Curious, independent, and eager to take ownership of tasks.
