Data Analyst

About the role

Exsolvæ, a Belgian Data & AI consultancy, is seeking a Data Analyst to join a client‑side project that will harmonise reporting across multiple entities. You will map data flows, identify quality issues and build a unified reporting framework that supports both operational and management decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact for reporting queries across entities and functions.
• Engage stakeholders to align definitions, requirements and reporting standards.
• Design, build and maintain Power BI dashboards and semantic models using DAX and Power Query.
• Write and optimise SQL queries to extract, join and validate data from source systems.
• Analyse and structure data from SAP systems for operational and management reporting.
• Document and challenge existing data processes, ownership and quality points.
• Support the consolidation of existing reports into a group‑level framework.
• Contribute to data quality, lineage and governance for reported datasets.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP systems and reporting.
• Strong stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Process‑driven mindset: map before you build.
• Fluent in French or Dutch and English.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, HR analytics or people data is a plus.
