Data Analyst – Drive Digital Insights

About the role

Movify is a Belgian consultancy that designs, builds and scales digital experiences. As a Data Analyst you will turn complex data into actionable insights that support strategic decisions across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret complex datasets to identify patterns and trends.
• Design and generate reports, dashboards, and visualizations for actionable insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and data requirements.
• Perform data cleansing, preparation, and validation to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Develop and maintain databases, queries, and data pipelines to support analytics needs.
• Conduct predictive and statistical analyses to inform decision‑making.
• Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and data optimisation.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience as a data analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Fluent in French or Dutch and English.
• Ability to translate business needs into analytical requirements.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset, attention to detail and ability to work autonomously on multiple projects.
