Data Analyst / Data Visualisation Consultant

About the role

NORRIQ is expanding its Data Analytics and AI team and is looking for a Data Analyst / Data Visualisation Consultant to help financial institutions improve performance through data‑driven insights. The role involves turning internal and external data into actionable recommendations, building visual reports and supporting the bank’s digital and marketing strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and interpret internal and external data about customer behaviour on digital platforms and transactions.
• Translate data insights into actionable recommendations to enhance digital and marketing strategies and optimise future campaigns.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns and correlations.
• Develop and maintain complex data models, databases, data warehouses and data marts.
• Create data visualisations and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Perform data quality checks, ensure data integrity and implement data governance policies.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analysis and visualisation.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in mathematics, statistics, business intelligence, computer engineering or economics.
• 1‑3 years of experience in data projects, preferably within the financial services industry.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with experience in requirements gathering and process design.
• Interest in AI and ability to collaborate with data scientists and machine‑learning engineers.
• Fluent English communication skills.
