Cybersecurity Consultant – Strategy, Risk & Operations

About the role

Join Sia’s Cybersecurity Business Unit as a Cybersecurity Consultant. You will work under senior consultants on consulting, implementation and audit projects across a wide range of cyber services, from strategy to resilience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver cyber‑strategy services such as board advisory, target operating model design, M&A due diligence and transformation programmes.
• Perform cyber‑risk management activities including assessments, quantification, third‑party risk and analytics.
• Manage compliance programmes covering ISO 27001, ISO 27701, ISO 22301, GDPR, NIST, PCI‑DSS and other regulatory frameworks.
• Implement security solutions for cloud, SCADA/ICS, IoT/IIoT, security architecture, endpoint protection and data‑privacy technologies.
• Lead resilience operations such as threat hunting, digital forensics, incident response, vulnerability management and penetration testing.
• Contribute to internal innovation through the Sia CyberLab, developing SaaS offers and conducting benchmarks and PoCs.
• Represent Sia at professional events and produce thought‑leadership content (articles, webinars, white papers).

Required profile

• Master’s degree in engineering, computer science, statistics or econometrics.
• 1‑3 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity consulting, implementation or audit.

Required skills

• Knowledge of ISO 27001, ISO 27701, ISO 22301, GDPR, NIST, PCI‑DSS.
• Experience with cloud security, SCADA/ICS security, IoT/IIoT security.
• Security architecture and endpoint protection design.
• Proficiency in SSDLC, SecDevOps, cryptography and encryption.
• Threat hunting, digital forensics, incident response.
• Vulnerability management, penetration testing and red‑team techniques.
