Cyber Policy and Infrastructure Manager

About the role

The Government Relations and Public Policy team at TikTok is looking for a Cyber Policy and Infrastructure Manager to lead monitoring and analysis of emerging cyber‑policy trends across Europe. You will shape internal positioning, advise on regulatory implications, and help protect TikTok’s digital infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Track and analyse EU‑level legislative developments affecting cyber policy, digital infrastructure, data centres, security and sustainability.
• Provide insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders on business impact, regulatory risks and opportunities.
• Offer subject‑matter expertise to local government‑relations teams, ensuring alignment with TikTok’s overall policy stance.
• Collaborate with PR, Legal, Product and Engineering to align advocacy efforts with broader strategic objectives.
• Develop and advance company policy positions on cyber‑policy, infrastructure and sustainability in partnership with CSR and cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Direct experience in public policy, government relations or advocacy, preferably in the data‑centre or digital infrastructure sector.
• Deep understanding of data‑centre industry issues, data security, privacy and sustainability.
• Established network within the data‑centre ecosystem and related policy circles.
• Fluent English (working language of TikTok).
