Customer Service Representative

About the role

This hybrid position is based in Bornem, Belgium, with most of the work performed on‑site and up to two days per week remote. You will act as the main liaison between Capsugel and its external customers, ensuring smooth order processing, timely shipments and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer purchase orders, verifying size, type, colour, price, terms, shipment dates and quantities.
• Supervise shipping dates, coordinate with the Supply Chain department and monitor overdue orders to minimise delays.
• Assist customers in defining capsule characteristics and drive colour, ink, artwork and print‑roll developments.
• Register and forward customer complaints to QA, Territory Sales Managers and relevant departments within 48 hours.
• Provide business intelligence support to Territory Sales Managers, preparing visit materials, sales figures and product requests.
• Stay updated on Capsugel product launches, policy changes and legislation to inform customers promptly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree and experience in customer support within the healthcare sector.
• Fluency in English and French; additional languages are a plus.
• Proactive, customer‑oriented attitude with the ability to handle multiple requests simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills and a growth mindset.
