Customer Service Representative (Dutch/French/English)

About the role

As a Customer Service Representative you will act as the main liaison between internal departments (sales, production, planning, finance) and external partners (customers, subsidiaries, carriers, suppliers). Your primary goal is to ensure smooth order processing, timely communication and high customer satisfaction across the Dutch, French and English speaking markets.

Key responsibilities

• Support internal sales teams by handling 360° order processing in the ERP system, including entry, tracking, logistics and invoicing.
• Review, validate and approve orders for spare parts and complete systems after gathering all required technical and commercial documentation.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records in the ERP system and ensure compliance with finance department invoicing rules.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding order status, delivery times and transportation issues.
• Coordinate order dispatch with production plants in Belgium and France, monitoring progress until material availability.

Required profile

• Technical education or equivalent experience in a technical field.
• Proven experience in customer support or order management.
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Good knowledge of the industrial sector and technical products.
• Strong communication skills, proactive attitude and ability to stay calm under pressure.
