Business Development Manager – Consumer Goods

About the role

As a Business Development Manager you will drive the end‑to‑end sales process, from identifying opportunities to closing deals, while promoting OMP’s smart supply‑chain solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the prospect pipeline from lead validation to closing, tracking opportunities in the CRM.
• Map stakeholders and build constructive relationships with prospective buyers and alliance partners.
• Shape offers, provide pre‑sales information and align proposals with multi‑year plans.
• Educate prospects on OMP’s value proposition and overcome objections.
• Represent OMP at commercial and networking events.

Required profile

• University degree in business administration, supply‑chain management or marketing (or equivalent experience).
• 5‑10 years of commercial experience in business software solutions or supply‑chain consultancy.
• Excellent English communication skills and confidence handling complex customer needs.
• Team‑player who works well in a global environment and is willing to travel.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for account follow‑up.
• Strong LinkedIn and social‑media networking abilities.
