Customer Service Advisor – Operations Support

About the role

As a Customer Service Advisor for VELUX Belgium, you will be a primary point of contact for customers, dealers, installers and end‑users. Working by phone and email, you will help people find the right daylight and ventilation solutions for their homes while representing a leading international brand.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers, dealers, installers and end‑users via phone and email.
• Understand needs and recommend the most suitable VELUX products and services.
• Provide clear, accurate information on products, orders, conditions and services.
• Build positive relationships with both external customers and internal colleagues.
• Follow up on requests and coordinate with other departments when required.
• Identify commercial opportunities during conversations.
• Navigate multiple information systems to deliver fast, precise answers.
• Contribute to an excellent customer experience from the first contact onward.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and Dutch, both written and spoken.
• Strong listening skills and the ability to ask the right questions.
• Clear, friendly and professional communication style.
• Attention to detail and accurate processing of information.
• Comfortable using various digital tools and systems.
• Adaptable to new initiatives and changing priorities.
• Open to feedback and eager to learn.
